Mike Cegielski
Executive Director
 Mike was invited by an international investment group to lead the start-up of the Andana Corporation. He has been researching and organizing this business since June, 2005. He is excited about the wonderful opportunity to create a service for active retirees that will allow them to experience a healthy, invigorating lifestyle in Thailand.
Mike has been a business consultant in Thailand for almost four years. He recently completed the Hands On Thailand recovery project as their executive director. Five villages in or near Phuket were assisted through tsunami recovery activities (see www.handsonthailand.org ).
Mike spent ten years serving with a humanitarian company in Russia after perestroika, assisting with hospitals, children’s homes, orphanages, and teaching strategic management at the state university. He is a graduate of the USAF academy, and has served eight years as a R&D project manager with aerospace companies. He holds three masters degrees, in related fields of culture, leadership, and systems management. His goal in starting Andana Retirement Communities is to provide a best season for active retirees.
Michael Douglas
Acquisition Director
Michael, having achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at the young age of 16, has been in the development and construction industry for over 20 years. Michael has spent the last 6 years in Asia developing projects in Shanghai, Beijing, Xian, Hong Kong and now Thailand. Previously, he has completed projects in S. California, Florida and Arizona for multi-national companies such as Amgen, Disney, etc. In addition, he was involved in developing and constructing retirement communities in S. California.
He is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management.
By joining the Andana team, Michael will ensure that all of our properties exceed the expectations of our clientele.
Tussany Vanaputi
Corporate Project Manager
 Almost all her life, it was difficult for Tussany to identify a place where she can call home. She has moved around and traveled to so many places all over the world that it was almost impossible for her to pick only one place to be her home! For this very reason, when hearing about Andana Retirement Communities where retirees get to have many “homes” they can choose from to spend their time at, Tussany fell in love with the concept and did not hesitate to join the team. She is excited about the opportunity to help building these “homes” for the retirees who she believes deserve to have the best after working hard all their lives.
Prior to joining Andana, Tussany worked with well-known international businesses i.e. Laguna Phuket. She has obtained a Masters Degree in Organizational and Human Resources Development from the United States. Her goal is to utilize her knowledge and skills to perfect Andana Retirement Communities so that active retirees have quality choices of homes they can choose to enter their best season in.
Sarayut Chaichanayanon (Pui)
Care Team Leader
Sarayuth or Pui was born in Lamphun, found in the northern part of Thailand. He is a graduate of Chaingmai University and sports a Bachelor degree in Physical Education.
Seeking a greater experience in his life, Pui desired to find a career path which was creative, challenging and suitable to his personality and various skill sets. He holds experience in Sport and Recreation at the famous Laguna Beach Resort in Phuket.
Pui has been working for Laguna Beach Resort for 4 years, and after he found out Andana’s concept, Pui suddenly made a decision to be a part of the team. He is keen to apply his skills and experience from previous work to build up excellent care teams for Andana with the aim of growing Andana to be the excellence of the Health and Recreation industry.
Priyanuch Suriyont, Operations Specialist
 Years back, Priyanuch graduated from the Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management offered by the International Program at the Prince of Songkla University in Phuket, Thailand. She has been working in the hospitality industry for a couple of years with professional work experience at Laguna Beach Resort - a well-known integrated resort in Thailand, in fields of customer relations, travel & tour operations and guest services for VIPs. In addition, she has worked freelance for many international
reputed organizations. Priyanuch was a CBS news reporter and also volunteered as an assistant at the government radio station during the Tsunami disaster in 2004. She never gives up discovering new initiatives in life.
Work challenges propel her forward and she hopes to accomplish great things in the future. Her smiling face, service minded and pleasant personality, brought her to a career achievement level at the Laguna Beach Resort.
Priyanuch feels she has a way of making seasons colorful and made the move to Andana with a positive outlook for future opportunities. Priyanuch is looking forward to welcoming the active retiree to Andana, with her warm spirit.
Chaya Thatawakorn
Assistant Acquisition Director
Operation Specialist
Chaya is a graduate of Mahidol University. He obtained a bachelor degree in Sports Science (Honor). Previous to joining the Andana’s team, Chaya has been a part of the collaboration project between Japanese Governments and the Ministry of Industry of Thailand. He continued to work as a consultant of performance development projects for several industries. He also holds experience as a lecturer in many seminars for regional officers of Department of Industrial Promotion. Recently, he was a financial consultant specialized in debt restructuring and investment planning helping a lot of business owners, especially hotel and properties owners, to handle their financial crisis. Chaya believes that his abilities and past experiences will strengthen Andana to be an ideal choice for retirees.
 Satwadee Phongsa-At
Marketing Specialist
Satwadee is a graduate of Macquarie University with a Master Degree of Commerce in Marketing. Her goal is to apply her knowledge and marketing skills to work for the organization and attain great career achievements in the future. A love to satisfy people, and a servant attitude, she decided to be a part of the Andana team with no hesitation. She wishes to participate in developing Andana Retirement Communities for all retirees to experience the real best season!
With a background in marketing and holding both a Master and Bachelor degree, she believes she can facilitate the team to move Andana to becomes the first place for retirees from all over the world.
