Andana is launching out in 2006. We are building a team that will set the standard for retirement communities and retirement services. We are seeking new team members who have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to help our members enter their best season.
Investors
We have begun partnering with investment groups who are seeking either aggressive growth opportunities in new markets, or conservative growth in capital appreciation markets.
Over the next three years we will be seeking to establish at least two retirement communities each in Phuket, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Koh Samui, Phang Nga, and Krabi. We have begun negotiations for hotels to partner with us on Phuket, and look to secure additional hotels quickly for our spring and summer openings.

We are also seeking investors who are interested in investing in commercial properties in Thailand, either through purchasing existing hotels or building new ones. In general, we can assist through the whole acquisition and construction process, with a goal to create a quality resort for our Andana members.
For more aggressive investors, we are seeking investment groups to partner with us in building serviced condominium developments, and in expanding our retirement communities into other countries. We don’t hire people; we invite them to join our team! We are looking for hi-energy, caring people to join our care teams – these teams are the building blocks of our company. We need people who have skills in nursing, physical fitness, elderly care, physical therapy and recreation, and health and nutrition, who would love serving and assisting active retirees enjoy a fresh new invigorating lifestyle here in Thailand.
