Andana is the first company operating across Thailand that seeks to serve the needs of the growing population of active retirees. We want to create quality retirement communities that truly make the retired years of our members “their best season.”

We also understand that we, the internationals of the Andana Team, as well as most of our members, are guests in Thailand. We seek to assist in building the local economy by improving the skills and capabilities of local members of the Andana team. With great options for education through our company, and a priority on career development, we plan to be a revitalizing force for Thai communities where we have resorts.
We plan to participate in community services. A key target will be orphanages. Wherever we have orphanages, national or international based, near our facilities, we will seek to serve and support the raising up the next generation of quality Thai citizens. We hope that many of our member guests will be willing to give some of their time in Thailand to serving at these orphanages which we support.
Thailand has the most beautiful beaches in Asia. The mountains, waterfalls, and jungles situated throughout this country are SPECTACULAR! We seek to keep it that way!
All of our facilities will seek to be eco-friendly and enhance rather than erode and pollute the natural surroundings.
At different locations, field trips into national forests will be available, often with national guides who can inform our members about these precious eco-systems. We look to partner with eco-friendly diving companies who also practice eco-friendly diving tours. Treks to jungle waterfalls to see and enjoy these precious sanctuaries can be part of one’s time in Thailand. Nature is a gift to humanity to be enjoyed and preserved.
We also respect and affirm the freedom of our members and employees to practice their own faith and religion. We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, or on the basis of race or gender. We affirm the dignity of man and woman, and the precious gift of life given to us.
We seek to especially honor and affirm the older generations among us that have worked and served in our global community, to make it a prosperous and beautiful world village for us to live in.
